Bar Supervisor - Monthly 18K - 20k
Working 5 days per week
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, 10th floor, 1st floor, Salisbury Road
Main responsibilities:
- Receive guests' orders
- Mix cocktails and other beverages according to customer requests
- Keep the bar clean, equipment and supplies in good condition
- Manage inventory, record stock levels and replenish stock in a timely manner
- Process sales transactions
- Actively understand customer needs, provide beverage suggestions, and enhance service quality
Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent academic qualifications
- Experience as a bartender, restaurant or bar experience is especially good
- Familiar with various types of alcoholic beverages, and able to create unique drinks
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and remain calm under pressure
- Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately

Bar Supervisor 18k - 20k, 5-day work
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their drink orders in a timely and professional manner
- Create cocktails and other beverages to guests’ specifications, while also ensuring that all recipes and procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including keeping the equipment and supplies in good working order
- Manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of all sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guests’ needs and making recommendations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a bartender, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, as well as the ability to create new recipes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Immediately available highly preferred
