<p>About the Role:</p><p>We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to become the operational backbone of our team. This is a dynamic role perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives on variety, combining traditional administrative duties with hands-on accounting tasks and client communication. If you are a self-starter with a knack for efficiency, we encourage you to apply.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Administrative & Operational Support:</p><p>· Manage the full spectrum of office administration, including documenting meeting minutes, maintaining office equipment, and procuring event supplies.</p><p>· Assist in developing and implementing administrative and project-related policies, guidelines, and work instructions.</p><p>· Act as a communication hub, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of procedural updates.</p><p>Financial Administration:</p><p>· Oversee daily accounting operations with a high degree of accuracy.</p><p>· Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other basic financial documents.</p><p>Client & Stakeholder Communication:</p><p>· Serve as the first point of contact, professionally handling daily client enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, and WhatsApp).</p><p>· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.</p><p>What We're Looking For (Requirements):</p><p>· A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative and/or accounting support role.</p><p>· A diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is highly advantageous.</p><p>· Essential Technical Skills:</p><p> · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).</p><p> · Proven experience managing professional communication via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.</p><p>· Key Personal Attributes:</p><p> · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.</p><p> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>· Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.</p><p>· Immediate availability is highlypreferred.</p>
