The Role: AI Specialist

You will be a core technical role, transforming AI strategies into practical solutions. With

strong technical skills and a passion for problem-solving, you'll develop, deploy, integrate,

and maintain AI models, ensuring system stability, efficiency, and security. You'll also

communicate with business units to provide technical support.

Your Mission

• AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement various AI solutions (e.g.,

data analysis models, ML algorithms, NLP, AIGC, RPA).

• System Integration & Deployment: Integrate AI solutions with existing IT systems;

assist with AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

• Data Management & Analysis: Process, clean, and analyze data to provide high-quality

training data for AI models.

• Technical Support & Innovation: Provide AI technical support and continuously

monitor the latest AI developments.

We Are Looking For You If You Have

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, majoring in Computer Science, Software

Engineering, Data Science, AI, Information Systems, or related technical fields.

• Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; 1-3 years of experience in software

development, data engineering, or AI/ML engineering preferred.

• Core Competencies: Solid technical foundation (Python, Java, C++), practical AI/ML

experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch), database knowledge (SQL, cloud platforms),

problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration.

• Technical Awareness: In-depth understanding of LLM, AIGC, RPA, MLOps concepts.
