Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, staff scheduling, and warehouse logistics

• Follow up on sales targets, analyze data and develop improvement/loss prevention plans

• Train and lead employees, promote policies and culture implementation

Entry Requirements

• Have 1 to 3 years of large-scale/chain fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail store experience (with management experience preferred)

• Familiar with basic computer operations, with data analysis and report interpretation skills

• Fluent Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin abilities

• Acceptable shift work, including weekends and public holidays
