1. Job Description
Responsible for business development (BD) and supply chain resource management in the Hong Kong market, through digital operations, resource development and partner maintenance, establish an efficient and stable local supply chain system to support mainland business needs.
2. Core responsibilities
(1)Digitalized operations and management
Lead the on-site research of Hong Kong cooperative properties, complete the collection of housing data (including high-definition photography, video, VR panoramic, facility details, etc.).
Standardize data input into the company's "Property Dictionary" system to ensure information is complete, visualizable, and traceable.
Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data collection tools and processes, improve efficiency and accuracy.
(2)Supply chain resource expansion
Develop Hong Kong local property owners, developers and institutional customers, complete business negotiations, contract signing and resource access.
Integrate newly signed resources seamlessly into the mainland BD team to promote cross-regional business collaboration.
(3)Partner maintenance
Regularly visit key partners to maintain long-term relationships, resolve customer complaints, settlements, and other operational issues.
Monitor cooperation compliance quality, optimize resource structure, and eliminate inefficient suppliers.
(4)Create detailed and eye-catching content that highlights the unique features and selling points of the property. Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
(5) Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets brand standards.
(6) Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen our business development strategy.
(7)Track and report business development activities and results.
4. Employment Requirements
(1)Hard requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above from the eight major universities in Hong Kong, with business, real estate, and supply chain management as preferred majors.
• Language:
English: IELTS 7 or equivalent (need to handle international contracts and English letters).
• Identity: Must hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity or valid work visa (students and tourists are not accepted).
(2)Ability and traits
• Personal qualities: result-oriented, adaptable to high-frequency field visits; culturally sensitive and stress-resistant.
5. Salary and benefits
• Basic salary: HKD 18,000–22,000/month (fresh graduates, adjusted according to academic qualifications and interview performance).
