Treasury Management Director

<p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p><p><strong>1. Develop fund raising strategies and execute corporate funding activities such as syndicated and bilateral bank loans, bond issuance, and capital market operations, etc.</strong></p><p><strong>2. Work closely with executives, provide support to financing transactions, such as handling financial enquires, and compiling accounting ratios for lenders, credit investors, and rating agencies.</strong></p><p><strong>3. Manage the company’s capital structure and develop holding company treasury plan to improve capital safety, liquidity and return rate.</strong></p><p><strong>4. Maintain the relationship with investment banks, commercial banks, bond investors and other institutions.</strong></p><p><strong>5. Cooperate with investment teams to ensure satisfaction of conditions precedent and funds certainty for M&A projects, with opportunities to get involved in project fund raising.</strong></p><p><strong>6. Assist other functional departments to complete the audit of annual and interim report.</strong></p><p><strong> Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary.</strong></p><p><strong>Job qualification:</strong></p><p><strong>1. University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines at least 10 years funding raising experience including corporate treasury or banking experience. Structured Financing Background is preferred.</strong></p><p><strong>2. Solid experience in offshore financing and offshore bond issuance.</strong></p><p><strong>3. Exposure and knowledge in FX risk management will be a definite advantage.</strong></p><p><strong>4. Sound knowledge of treasury products and credit management.</strong></p><p><strong>5. Willing to learn and to take challenge, able to work under high pressure</strong></p><p><strong>6. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.</strong></p><p><strong> Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.</strong></p><p><strong>8. Professional qualification of HKICPA or equivalent is an advantage.</strong></p>
