Human Resources Officer (All-Round)

<p>Responsibilities and Duties:</p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><p>l Manage a full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, attendance validation, contract administration, and employee relations</p><p>l Administer final payments for departing staff and prepare monthly MPF contribution reports</p><p>l Handle work injury cases, including reporting to the Labour Department and insurance companies, and managing compensation and medical claims</p><p>l Oversee leave applications and maintain accurate leave records</p><p>l Prepare HR reports and data analysis for management review</p><p>l Support annual tax filing (IR56B for current staff and IR56F for leavers)</p><p>l Provide general HR administrative support and participate in HRIS implementation projects</p><p>l Assist in ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as assigned</p><p></p><p><strong>Recruitment & Staffing</strong></p><p>l Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for frontline staff (e.g. security guards, cleansing workers), including job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, and interview arrangements</p><p>l Monitor headcount and ensure staffing levels align with operational standards</p><p>l Prepare employment contracts and verify personal identification, academic qualifications, and relevant licences</p><p>l Maintain recruitment records and assist in onboarding procedures</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong><br></p><ul><li>Diploma / Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or other disciplines.</li><li>Some relevant experience is preferred but not a must.</li><li>Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.</li><li>Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.</li><li>Detail-minded & organized with good interpersonal and communication skills;</li><li>Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li><li>A team player and able to complete tasks undertight timelines.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets.</li><li>Familiar with different systems is an advantage.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Applicants possessing appropriate work experience will be eligible for consideration for the position of Senior Human Resources Officer or Assistant HR Officer.</strong></p><p><strong>Work Location :San Po Kong (near MTR Diamond Hill Station)</strong></p>
