Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for assigned key accounts to meet sales and financial targets.
Create and implement annual account plans that support company profitability and market expansion goals.
Identify trade opportunities to improve brand visibility, sales performance, and promotional ROI—both sell-in and sell-out.
Oversee sales operations and strategic planning efforts for designated accounts.
Monitor and respond to competitive activities with both long-term strategies and short-term tactical solutions.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in the FMCG or consumer brand sector.
Proven track record in managing key accounts, stakeholders, and operational processes.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience driving brand/category growth or challenging market norms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
