Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily administrative affairs of the branch, including file sorting, data input and archiving work, ensuring accurate and complete record of various administrative affairs.
  • Assist with handling incoming calls and receiving visitors, provide professional and polite external communication services, and maintain a good corporate image.
  • Coordinate departmental communication and document transfer, support supervisors and other colleagues in completing temporary assignments.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, regular replenishment and control costs, ensure a smooth office environment.

Work requirements
  • Secondary school graduation or above, with basic computer operating skills, familiar with Word, Excel and email systems.
  • Have good Chinese writing and oral expression skills, be able to communicate and process documents clearly and accurately.
  • Work carefully and systematically, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit, and be able to complete tasks within the specified time.
  • Have basic English reading and writing abilities, and be able to handle daily external communications and simple letter exchanges.
  • Applicants with relevant secretarial or administrative work experience will be given priority, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
