Technical Support Specialist

Job Requirements

• College degree or above, information technology, computers, information management, data analysis, electronic commerce, enterprise management systems application, etc. are preferred;

• 1 year or above IT support, enterprise system implementation, data processing, SaaS tool application, ERP/CRM/Collaborative Office System support related experience is preferred;

• Have basic information system understanding ability, assist customers in completing software tool selection, account configuration, process setup and use training;

• Good problem-solving skills, communication skills and service awareness, able to explain technical issues in a way that customers can understand;

• Interested in small and medium-sized enterprises digital transformation, process online and data management.

Duties include:

• Support the business consulting team to provide digitalization tool selection advice and basic implementation plans;

• Assist customers in deploying, testing and basic configuration of lightweight systems such as ERP, CRM, collaborative office, data reporting, etc.;

• Responsible for customer system usage training, operation instructions writing, and daily problem solving;

• Organize customer business data, process materials and system usage feedback, and assist in optimizing internal work processes;

• Interface with external software service providers or technical partners, follow up on technical issue resolution and service progress;

• Assist the company in building customer data management, project progress management, and service delivery management tools to improve operating efficiency.
