[Main Responsibilities]
1. Respond to user inquiries through online channels (phone, email, etc.) in a timely manner, answering questions related to recruitment processes, account operations, platform rules, etc., and maintaining a good user experience
3. Monitor and review user conversations within the platform, filter out inappropriate information, and maintain a safe and healthy communication environment
4. Collect user feedback and common problems, regularly summarize and report, and assist in optimizing platform functions and service processes
Collaborate with product and technical teams, follow up on user complaints and system anomalies, and push for timely problem resolution
[Job Requirements]
1. Able to communicate and write fluently in Chinese, English and Cantonese, with good multilingual expression and text processing abilities
2. Have 1 year or above customer service, audit-related work experience
3. Careful and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure
4. Familiar with the Hong Kong recruitment market is preferred.
5. Have good logical thinking and problem-solving skills, be able to handle emergencies independently
