Position requirements
· Assist in the development and implementation of the company's recruitment plan, determine the recruitment channels and process according to the company's development strategy and business needs.
· Publish recruitment information, screen resumes, organize interviews, and conduct talent evaluations for recruitment-related work, helping the company select suitable talents.
· Assist in the design and implementation of employee training plans, including onboarding training for new employees, position skill training, and career development planning.
· Maintain good employee relations, handle daily employee inquiries and complaints, and coordinate conflicts and disputes among employees.
· Responsible for employee attendance management, salary accounting, etc. basic personnel work.

· Human resources management, psychology, business administration, etc. related professional priority, with 1 to 3 years of human resources work experience.
· Have excellent communication skills, be able to communicate effectively with people from different departments and different levels.
· Have good coordination skills, be able to establish good cooperative relations among various departments within the company.
· Able to think independently, analyze problems in human resources management, and propose effective solutions.
