Air conditioning technician/Advanced technician

• Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of the central air conditioning system and related equipment in the venue, ensuring its stable and efficient operation

• Regularly inspect air conditioning systems and their auxiliary systems, record operating conditions and suggest improvements, and prevent potential failures from occurring

• Execute a preventive maintenance plan according to the schedule, including cleaning, lubrication, part replacement, and functional testing,

• Upon receiving a call, quickly handle sudden equipment failures and execute emergency maintenance tasks to minimize their impact on operations

• Must hold a valid Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) "A" class refrigeration and air conditioning installation work permit, construction worker registration certificate and safety card

• Have at least three years of practical work experience in air conditioning system maintenance and repair, familiar with central air conditioning system operators are preferred

• Have the ability to independently judge and solve problems, and be able to complete common fault diagnosis and repair work on your own

• Responsibility, hard work, and discipline are important, as well as prioritizing work safety and service quality

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, able to accurately understand oral and written instructions, with basic file recording abilities

• Provide overtime allowance, based on actual overtime hours
