Job Description
Core responsibilities
Customer reception: Warmly welcome visitors and incoming calls, handle appointment arrangements, changes and confirmations.
Administrative support: Execute basic administrative work and data input, file management and front desk environment maintenance, and handle billing matters.
Medical assistance: Assist the doctor in preparing for medical beauty treatments such as treatment room environment preparation, medical beauty material preparation, etc.
Job Requirements
Experience: More than 1 year of customer service, front desk, and administrative experience (medical/beauty industry preferred), with doctor's assistant experience.
Skills: Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, basic English; familiar with Office software and appointment systems.
Traits: dignified image, attentive and polite, with multi-task processing ability and high sense of responsibility.

Position Summary
As the primary point of contact for the clinic, responsible for client reception and daily administrative support to ensure smooth front desk operations and an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Reception: Warmly receive visitors and handle incoming calls. Manage appointment scheduling, modifications, and confirmations.
Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical work and data entry, organize documents, and maintain the front desk area,and handle basic payment transactions.
Clinical Assistance: Prepare treatment rooms for procedures, Assist doctors during minor aesthetic procedures.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk reception, administration (experience in medical/beauty industry is preferred), and Clinical Assistance experience.
Skills: Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English. Proficiency in MS Office software and appointment scheduling systems.
Attributes: Professional appearance, attentive and courteous demeanor, strong multitasking ability, and a high sense of responsibility.
