<div>Job Responsibilities:<br> <ul> <li>Assist senior property consultants in handling customer inquiries, provide professional real estate consulting services, and answer customers’ questions on buying and leasing properties</li> <li>Proactively collect and organize local real estate market information, including real estate dynamics, regional development and transaction data, to support the formulation of property promotion strategies</li> <li></li> <li></li> <li>Actively build and maintain good customer relationships, through regular follow-up to uncover potential needs, and promote continuous sales and referrals</li> </ul> </div> <div>Requirements:<br> <ul> <li>Secondary school graduation or above, with strong interest in the real estate industry, and willing to develop long-term in the property consulting field</li> <li>Have good communication skills, be able to clearly express information and effectively listen to customer needs, and build trust relationships</li> <li>Responsibility and self-motivation, able to independently arrange work schedule and follow up on customer's future needs</li> <li>Master basic computer operations skills, familiar with Microsoft Office and other commonly used office software to process data and reports</li> <li>No need to have real estate-related experience, the company provides systematized training to help interns quickly master industry knowledge and practical skills</li> </ul> </div>
