1. **Market expansion and NPP promotion**
- Develop Hong Kong and Southeast Asia region**private hospitals, clinics and specialist doctors network** , promote doctors to apply for unregistered innovative drugs for patients through the Hong Kong Department of Health "Designated Patient Drug Use Plan (NPP)".
- Develop academic promotion strategies for doctors, provide drug clinical data support, and enhance doctors’ prescription willingness for domestic innovative drugs.
2. **Customer Relationship Management**
3. **Compliance and registration synergy**
- Collaborate with registration teams to collect Southeast Asian target market's drug entry policies and doctor needs, providing market support for drug registration.
4. **Team collaboration and data analysis**
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, regularly analyze market feedback and competitive product dynamics, and optimize promotion strategies.

### **Job Requirements**
1. **Essential conditions**
- Experience: **5 years or above of prescription drug marketing experience** , familiar with the Hong Kong NPP process or Southeast Asian new drug entry policy, those who have successfully promoted the use of unregistered drugs are preferred;
- Resources: Mature doctor cooperation network from Hong Kong private hospitals, high-end clinics or Southeast Asian medical institutions;
- Skills: Proficient in academic promotion, data analysis, and cross-cultural business negotiation, able to independently formulate market strategies.
2. **Education background**
- Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, marketing, etc., MBA or medical background is preferred.
3. **Soft requirements**
- Goal-oriented, with strong stress resistance and compliance awareness;
- Adapt to high-frequency business trips (Southeast Asia region).
