Job Responsibilities & Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer service in the lobby and restaurant operations area
Assist customers in using self-service kiosks and pre-ordering services to enhance their dining experience
Interact with customers and introduce new products and brand activities to guests
Proactively provide assistance and answer customer inquiries, understand customer satisfaction with products or restaurant services
Assist the branch manager in handling simple administrative work
Daily 9 hours work, monthly 6 days off, 12 days of paid annual leave
Requirements:
Grade Five or above DSE qualification
Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, with a genuine passion for the restaurant industry
Active and positive, cheerful and polite, and friendly and affectionate
