Duties: 1、Assist kitchen operation and control food quality 2、Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company quality standards 3、Ensure work safety and maintain food hygiene to standard Requirements: 1、Have rich experience in Chinese cuisine 2、Must have hotel chef experience or related restaurant experience 3、Need to know how to handle ingredients and cook dishes 4、Hold an approved Food Hygiene Supervisor certificate by the Hong Kong Food Environmental Hygiene Department Benefits and Remuneration: Monthly $14000-$18000, discretionary bonus, dental benefits, medical insurance, free meals, 5-6 days per week working hours, 6 days off per month, 9.5 hours per day, part-time also considered
