Responsibilities (Job Duties)
1. Assist in building a basic human resources and administrative process, execute recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, etc. daily operations;
2. Responsible for recruitment channel operation (publishing positions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews), and following up on the entire recruitment process;
3. Process salary calculations, MPF application, and employee benefits distribution;
4. Assist in designing new employee onboarding training, track course execution, collect feedback and optimize;
7. Complete administrative and clerical work (such as data statistics, report writing, and form processing).
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above (human resources, administration related professional preferred) ;
3. Familiar with the basic principles of Hong Kong labor law (such as employment contracts, MPF rules), and able to operate a simple HR system;
4. Careful and steady, good communication and coordination skills, and team collaboration awareness;
Salary and benefits (Package)
Monthly salary: HK$17,000 - 25,000 (depending on experience, including employer's MPF contribution);
Additional benefits: Annual bonuses (depending on company performance), on-the-job professional development, and a 5-day standard work week.
