<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Achieve sales targets for Huawei EV Charging solutions .</li>
<li>Analyze industry and competitors’ information and competition, design solution strategies accordingly, ensure product solution advantage and project success.</li>
<li>Understand customer demands, identify customer pain points, and create strategies and plans accordingly to meet customer demands.</li>
<li>Engage in customer relationship development, technical support, project operation, and business negotiation.</li>
<li>Plan and execute Marketing activities, such as high-level customer’s summit, technical workshop, or Branding activities, to convince customers to accept Huawei solution and brand.</li>
<li>Work with channel partners to support project operation, to train partner’s presales team and engineer teams.</li>
<li>Take part in and hand over activities with customers, such as executives meeting, pilot site visit, events.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum Bachelor's degree or above in related field.</li>
<li>Over 5 year’s technical sales (or Business Development) working experiences in power/electrical company or related areas ( EV business).</li>
<li>Good at presentation, communication and persuasive.</li>
<li>Good at develop and maintain relationship with customers.</li>
<li>Good command in English, both communication and writing.</li>
