Work closely with the sales team to answer technical questions from customers and explain solutions;<br>2. Develop technical solutions and provide technical consulting for after-sales service support;<br><br>4. Responsible for handling pre-sales technical issues and providing technical support;<br>5. Provide pre-sales technical solutions and advice based on customer requirements, product requirements, and the actual situation of the enterprise.</p> <p>Requirements:<br>1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, electronic engineering related majors are preferred;<br>2.5 years of pre-sales technical support experience;<br>3. Have pre-sales experience on Hong Kong and Macau projects, Cantonese/English communication skills. <br>4. Have knowledge of data center operations or security, etc.;<br>5. Good pre-sales solution and communication skills. </p>
