* Cantonese can be used as a working language, familiar with Hong Kong customers
Duties:
1. Work closely with the sales team to answer technical questions from customers and explain solutions;
2. Develop technical solutions and provide technical consulting for after-sales service support;
4. Responsible for handling pre-sales technical issues and providing technical support;
5. Provide pre-sales technical solutions and advice based on customer requirements, product requirements, and the actual situation of the enterprise.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, electronic engineering related majors are preferred;
2.5 years of pre-sales technical support experience;
3. Have pre-sales experience on Hong Kong and Macau projects, Cantonese/English communication skills.
4. Have knowledge of data center operations or security, etc.;
5. Good pre-sales solution and communication skills.
