Assistant Logistics Supervisor/ Logistics Supervisor

- Monitor the shipment and shipping documentation to facilitate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations;- Handle courier waybill, Air and Sea booking form;- Strong liaison skills between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations;- Deal with day to day logistics and warehouse interactions such as receiving, storage, and claims;- System upload, update, analysis, reports and maintain the accuracy of data using company and warehouse related systems;- Handle ad-hoc projects;- Any additional duties and responsibilities based on the needs from the company.Requirements:- HKALE/HKDSE/Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines;- At least 3 years relevant experience in supply chain / logistics operation;- Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills;- Self-Motivated, Independent, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;- Proficient in Excel and Familiar with computer skill;- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.You will be entitled to an attractive staff benefits including:- Annual leave, paid sick leave, compensation leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave and compassionate leave- Five-day work week- Comprehensive medical and dental coverage- Professional training and career advancement opportunities- Friendly working environment and work-life balance culture
