Responsibilities:
Perform day to day restaurant operations management
Ensure excellent communication is happening within the team for a smooth operation
Monitor all Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and PE policies and procedures as well legal requirements are followed by your team and yourself
Ensure stock is managed and replenished and regular inventory and security checks are carried out
Organise shifts and scheduling and duties are delegated with goals and objectives set
Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards are delivered through the team for an amazing guest experience
Coordinate all guest queries, complaints, and feedback, responding quickly, correctly, and efficiently
Support restaurant in achieving its KPIs through development, management, and leadership of the team
Work as a team and fill in positions/gaps during the operation as necessary
Assume full responsibility for the restaurant and team.
Requirement:
Previous experience of working in a management role with at least 3 years of relevant hospitality experience
Strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skill
Self-motivated, innovative, proactive, positive, energetic, and passionate about food and service
Team Player, work together as a team to achieve the goals
Good planning skill, organized with strong number sense and business acumen
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
Experience in working towards targets and KPIs
