AI Developer

Responsibilities:
• Work with AI technology partners to improve and fine-tune AI models to align with business requirements.
• Participate in and supervise the AI model training and optimization processes conducted by external partners.
• Test and verify the output by external AI partners to ensure compliance with business standards and requirements.
• Utilize generative AI to develop innovative solutions for enterprise industry use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business operations and products.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs) to drive innovation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and machine learning methodologies.
• Strong communication and project management skills to effectively collaborate with AI technology partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with PyTorch, or other deep learning frameworks.
• Proficient in utilizing tools such as Ollama for effectively executing pre-trained models.
• Proficiency in deploying artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within cloud environments, particularly on platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure. Familiarity with AliCloud and Huawei Cloud would be advantageous.
• Understanding of AI ethics, model evaluation, and interpretability techniques.
