AI Developer

<u>Job Summary:</u><br>We are looking for a talented and innovative AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with AI technology partners to enhance and implement AI-driven solutions that meet our business needs. This role involves supervising and collaborating on AI model improvements while leveraging generative AI for enterprise use cases.<div><br><u>Responsibilities:</u><br>• Work with AI technology partners to improve and fine-tune AI models to align with business requirements.<br>• Participate in and supervise the AI model training and optimization processes conducted by external partners.<br>• Test and verify the output by external AI partners to ensure compliance with business standards and requirements.<br>• Utilize generative AI to develop innovative solutions for enterprise industry use cases.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business operations and products.<br>• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs) to drive innovation.</div><div><br></div><div><u>Requirements:</u><br>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence.<br>• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in AI development.<br>• Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow.<br>• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.<br>• Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and machine learning methodologies.<br>• Strong communication and project management skills to effectively collaborate with AI technology partners.<br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>• Experience with PyTorch, or other deep learning frameworks.<br>• Proficient in utilizing tools such as Ollama for effectively executing pre-trained models.<br>• Proficiency in deploying artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within cloud environments, particularly on platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure. Familiarity with AliCloud and Huawei Cloud would be advantageous.<br>• Understanding of AI ethics, model evaluation, and interpretability techniques.<br></div>
