Our core services include personalized aging and health assessments, risk assessment and prediction of age-related diseases through Al-driven multi-omics analysis, and innovative prevention and intervention measures.</div><div><br><b>The Role</b><br>As a Software Engineer, you’ll architect and implement the core automation pipeline for our AI SaaS platform "Longevity.Omics," translating complex AI-derived omics analytics into clinically actionable PDF reports. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate the development of our end-to-end SaaS platform—spanning front-end, back-end, databases, and AI deployment—to revolutionize data-driven longevity healthcare.</div><div><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br><b>-Automated Reporting Pipeline:</b> Design, build, and maintain a scalable pipeline for dynamic clinical PDF report generation using structured omics data (genetic/epigenetic) and templated designs.<br><b>- Template Integration:</b> Implement responsive report templates matching clinical standards, ensuring seamless integration with Python-based analytics outputs.<br><b>- Platform Development:</b> Enhance full-stack features (UI, APIs, databases) for data ingestion, user management, and visualization alongside the product team.<br><b>- AI Deployment Support:</b> Collaborate on deploying AI models and optimizing bioinformatics workflows (Python/R) into production systems.<br><b>- Quality & Compliance:</b> Ensure robust testing, security, and regulatory alignment for medical report outputs.</div><div><br><b>Qualifications:</b><br><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative/computational field.<br><b>Programming & Backend:</b> Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and data processing.<br><b>Platform Development:</b> Experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript/HTML/CSS, REST APIs, SQL databases) and collaborative software development practices.<br><b>Core Technical Skill:</b> Proven experience in building automated PDF reports (using tools like WeasyPrint, ReportLab, or similar) from structured data inputs.<br><b>Domain Awareness: </b>Familiarity with or strong willingness to learn clinical/medical data formats and biological data concepts (genomics, epigenetics).</div></div>
