Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize the business performance of assigned store(s), ensuring alignment with company goals.
Full accountability for store Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
Identify and execute revenue-generating initiatives (e.g., promotions, events) to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement operational best practices to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with MSO, Leasing teams, and mall partners to boost foot traffic and sales.
Oversee store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and retail excellence.
Support strategic projects as directed by leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in retail business development, operations, or consulting; retail/FMCG/mall experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proactive, detail-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
