<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Lead and optimize the business performance of assigned store(s), ensuring alignment with company goals.</p>
<p>Full accountability for store Profit & Loss (P&L) management.</p>
<p>Identify and execute revenue-generating initiatives (e.g., promotions, events) to achieve sales targets.</p>
<p>Develop and implement operational best practices to maximize efficiency and profitability.</p>
<p>Collaborate with MSO, Leasing teams, and mall partners to boost foot traffic and sales.</p>
<p>Oversee store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and retail excellence.</p>
<p>Support strategic projects as directed by leadership.</p>

<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.</p>
<p>3-5 years of experience in retail business development, operations, or consulting; retail/FMCG/mall experience preferred.</p>
<p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.</p>
<p>Proactive, detail-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.</p>
<p>Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).</p>
<p>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</p>
