Position requirements
Language skills: Good Cantonese; Good Mandarin; Good English;
Office skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT) office software;
Experience requirement: Insurance industry secretary or administrative related work experience (familiar with team collaboration process is preferred).
Other qualities: attention to detail, responsibility, and good at coordinating and communicating;
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the insurance business team, responsible for document exchange, data sorting and file management;
Coordinate team daily affairs; complete other administrative tasks assigned by superiors to ensure efficient and smooth team operation.
Salary and benefits
Salary: HK$16,000-20,000 per month (specifically negotiable, depending on experience),
Annual salary adjustment based on performance and company profits;
Additional incentives: annual bonuses;

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 09:30-17:30 (1 hour lunch break), weekend double pay and statutory holidays.
