Highlights:
Why TATCHA
Acquired by Unilever in 2019, TATCHA is a rapidly growing luxury beauty company with a focus on
e-commerce excellence combined with a global retail presence at select stores. The company was
founded in 2009 by Victoria Tsai to share a highly evolved approach to skincare based on classical
Japanese ingredients and rituals that are clinically proven and naturally clean. In a uniquely vertical
approach, we formulate our products at our very own TATCHA Institute, a Tokyo-based R&D center
led by some of the most seasoned chemists in the beauty industry.
This position will have the opportunity to join a global company and drive the growing Chinese
Consumer Market for the brand.
