<p><strong>Human Resources Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Kowloon Bay</strong></p><p><strong>Beauty industry preferred</strong></p><p><strong>Solid HR experience</strong></p><p><strong>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills</strong></p><p><strong>Less experience will be considered as HR Supervisor</strong></p><p></p><p><strong><u>JOB DESCRIPTION</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide full spectrum of human resources functions and activities to the company.</li><li>Formulate and monitor the execution of HR Management policies and procedures including manpower planning & recruitment, coaching, performance management, remuneration management, employee relations and benefits, career planning.</li><li>Manage full-cycle of recruitment process for both frontline and office, including organization structure, manpower planning, sourcing, and onboarding.</li><li>Working closely with function heads by providing hiring strategies on the respective function’s needs to cope with business expansion.</li><li>Handle routine C&B administration duties, i.e. pension scheme, medical insurance and tax returns etc. Handle and follow-up employee’s work injury cases.</li><li>Review and update HR policies periodically in compliance with rules and regulations.</li><li>Support in ad hoc project is required.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Degree holder with Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail or beauty industry</li><li>Pro-active, self-motivated, mature, independent and able to work under pressure</li><li>Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility and willing to take up challenge in a fast-paced and changing environment</li><li>Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations in Hong Kong</li><li>Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel</li><li>Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>* </strong>Immediately available is preferred</p><p><strong>All Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.</strong></p><p></p><p>http://wa.me/<strong>53835552</strong> or email CV to hr@prosky.com.hk</p><p></p>
