結算經理

<p> Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Manage and supervise the end-to-end settlement process for securities, derivatives and virtual asset trades in compliance with Hong Kong SFC regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements.</li><li>Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the settlement team, ensuring efficient and accurate trade clearing and settlement.</li><li>Oversee cash, securities and virtual asset transfer, reconciliation, and accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Resolve settlement exceptions and disputes proactively, working collaboratively with internal departments and external parties.</li><li>Maintain strong working relationships with exchanges, clearing houses, custodians, brokers, and other counterparties to facilitate smooth settlement operations.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve settlement procedures and processes, driving system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.</li><li>Assist the risk management team in monitoring settlement risks and maintaining robust internal controls.</li><li>Prepare and submit settlement-related reports for regulatory filings, audits, and internal reviews.</li><li>Provide training, guidance, and performance management to the settlement team, developing their professional capabilities.</li></ol><p>Requirements :</p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related disciplines.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in securities settlement, preferably within an SFC-licensed firm.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Hong Kong securities market settlement systems, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Solid understanding of clearing, settlement, funds transfer, and securities custody processes.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in settlement systems and Microsoft Office; data analysis skills are a plus.</li><li>Virtual asset and blockchain knowledge are a plus.</li><li>Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).</li></ol>
