Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in law, with English as a working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to handle English legal documents); those with overseas study, exchange experiences or overseas intellectual property internship experience are preferred;<br>2. 1 to 3 years of knowledge property-related work experience, familiar with the overseas trademark and design patent application process, and have a basic understanding of the intellectual property legal system of at least 1 to 2 overseas markets (such as the United States and Europe, Southeast Asia);<br><br>4. Candidates who pass the legal professional qualification exam or hold intellectual property-related certificates (such as a patent agent qualification certificate) are preferred;<br>5.
