Job Title: Massage Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional body massage services to customers, including but not limited to relieving muscle tension, promoting blood circulation, improving sleep quality and reducing daily stress; according to customer needs and body conditions, flexibly choose Chinese massage, Thai massage, Swedish massage, aromatherapy or hot stone therapy technologies.
Conduct a brief health consultation and physical evaluation before the service, understand the client's past medical history, current discomfort and contraindications, and ensure safe and compliant operations.
Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment space, disinfect massage beds, towels, pillows, and tools according to standard procedures, regularly replace consumables, and strictly follow the local health department and industry guidelines.
Assist customers in building personalized relaxation plans and provide appropriate home care advice (such as simple stretching exercises and breathing regulation techniques) to enhance overall service value and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

Must have at least one year of practical massage service experience in licensed clinics, health centers, hotel spa departments or chain wellness institutions, able to handle common shoulder, neck, waist and back problems independently, and familiar with the different needs of different groups of people (such as the elderly, office workers, and athletes).
Pay attention to personal grooming and professional image, keep your hands clean and odor-free, trim your nails neatly, and avoid wearing exaggerated accessories; maintain focus, composure, and a positive attitude during work hours.
Willing to continue my education, actively learning about emerging massage techniques, human anatomy knowledge, and common chronic pain management methods, and participating in internal training or external certification courses as arranged by the organization.
