Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily production of dining products, ensuring that each dish meets the quality, taste and presentation standards.
- Prepare ingredients accurately according to the menu, and execute cutting, cooking and serving operations.
- Strictly follow food safety and sanitation management standards to ensure that the operation process meets the regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen work environment and regularly perform cleaning and disinfection tasks.
- Assist the chef in completing inventory management, material replenishment, and opening and closing preparation, etc. related matters.
Work requirements
- Applicants with basic kitchen work experience will be given priority, and those with no experience but a positive attitude can be trained and hired.
- Active and positive work attitude, able to withstand high-pressure environment and adapt to shift work and holiday attendance arrangements.
- Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to coordinate and cooperate with the kitchen team.
- Prioritization of food safety and personal hygiene, familiar with basic sanitation operation procedures, those who are familiar with personal hygiene are preferred.
- Passionate about dining services, willing to learn new dishes and improve cooking skills.
