Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

Lead procurement and supply chain for raw materials (focus on coffee beans & food ingredients), supporting cost control, supplier management, and international business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure coffee beans, food ingredients, and related supplies.

• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

• Analyze data to drive cost savings and manage supply risks.

• Support outbound/international business growth through global sourcing and cross-border coordination.

• Monitor market trends, forecast demand, and ensure supply stability.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of procurement experience; coffee beans or food raw material experience preferred.

• Strong supplier negotiation skills, cost control mindset, and data analysis ability.

• High enthusiasm for outbound/international business , with excellent cross-functional learning willingness and adaptability.

• Proficient in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus).
