About the Role

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will become part of a young and dynamic team and benefit from in-house training to provide for a solid career path. Your role will be to provide a 5-star customer service experience to our members, support the sales team and assist with hosting amazing Community Events.

    Responsibilities
  • To always greet guests in an amiable and professional manner
  • To build up a friendly client relationship with members and provide a high-end guest experience based on outstanding customer service skills
  • To provide 5-star receptionist and administrative services for members
  • To provide concierge services, such as assisting guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, hotel bookings, etc.
  • To handle other daily operational issues in the center, such as internal monthly reports, rental payments, inventory orders, office setup, etc.
  • To provide support & planning in regular social Community Events for members

    Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related aspects is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1-2 years working experience in customer service, such as front desk, receptionist, concierge, VIP/executive lounge service and/or service center / coffee barista background is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, well organized, and able to multi-task
  • Customer oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Open minded, willing to learn, great team player and with "Can-Do attitude"
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
