Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Responsible for daily office operations, ensuring a clean and orderly environment, and supporting various departments' administrative affairs.</li> <li>Handle file receipt and registration, including mail, faxes and internal documents classification and delivery.</li> <li>Management and visitor entry and exit registration, implement safety control procedures, and maintain office building safety.</li> <li>Provide copy, scan, bind and document organization services as needed.</li> <li>Carry out building management tasks such as opening and closing doors at specified times to ensure the facilities are operating normally.</li> </ul> Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Fourth grade or above, with Chinese writing ability.</li> <li></li> <li>Good communication skills, polite to others, suitable for interacting with colleagues and visitors.</li> <li>Willing to execute general administrative and clerical work, those who can physically move light items are especially preferred.</li> <li>Need to rotate shifts or report to work at a fixed time according to the office schedule, including the possibility of arriving early or leaving late to complete the handover.</li> </ul>
