Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and/or mobile applications aligned with business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and internal coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile development cycles including sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues across development, testing, and production environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#) and relevant frameworks.

• Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for effective communication in a multilingual workplace.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), RESTful APIs, and basic database concepts.

• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Resident status, High Talent Pass Scheme, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, IANG, Dependent Visa, or other valid work authorization.

• Flexible working hours supporting work-life balance, with core office hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
