<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>Execute the company's overall development strategy and business strategy, assist departmental managers in daily business operations and management. Timely understand and meet customer insurance needs, provide customized solutions, professional consulting services and claim services, etc. Coordinate and manage large enterprise customer service delivery, expand existing customer relationships, and actively promote cross-selling and new business development. Manage customer relationships and project communication, and be able to independently solve continuous problems between customers and suppliers. Manage the quality and compliance requirements of brokerage business, ensure the execution of company standards, broker guidelines, system requirements, and E&O compliance. Collaborate closely with internal operations support teams to complete customer insurance procurement related operational processes and follow-up services. Closely monitor industry dynamics and market trends, understand new insurance liability needs of corporate customers, conduct a comprehensive risk assessment of existing insurance liabilities, identify deficiencies and potential risk points. </p><p>Requirements:</p><p></p>
