Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, able to drive product and design resources to support promotion goals.</p><p></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p></p><p>We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing Fintech team. You’ll be instrumental in optimizing core advertising channels (focusing on feed-based platforms) to maximize ROI, control customer acquisition costs (CAC), and drive user growth through precision execution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals is critical.</p><p></p><p>Key responsibilities will be divided as follows:</p><p><strong>1.Ad Account Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Independently manage campaigns across SEM (e.g., Baidu), feed platforms (Douyin Ads, Toutiao, Tencent Ads), ASO/ASA (iOS/Android App Stores), and programmatic APP networks.</p></li><li><p>Develop bidding strategies, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization to meet ROI targets.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>2.Data Analysis & Strategy Iteration</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting frameworks to analyze channel performance.</p></li><li><p>Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement data-driven solutions</p></li></ul><p></p><p>3.<strong> Cross-functional Leadership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead channel strategy planning (budget, KPIs, output projections) and align with Product, Design, and Ops teams.</p></li><li><p>Drive landing page optimization, product feature enhancements, and creative asset upgrade</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>4.Creative Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Pioneer new ad formats (video, interactive, native ads) through rapid testing.</p></li><li><p>Develop high-conversion ad copies and visual assets; refine "winning creative" methodologies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>5.Channel Partnership Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain relationships with media partners; negotiate contracts for optimal resource integration (online/offline).</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree Holder in Marketing, Communications, Business or Financial field.</p></li><li><p><strong>2+ years in performance marketing</strong>, preferably in<strong>Fintech/Financial services</strong>(knowledge of financial compliance/risk controls is a plus).</p></li><li><p><strong>Platform Expertise:</strong>Mastery in ≥2 areas:</p><ul><li><p>SEM (Baidu, Google Ads)</p></li><li><p>Feed Ads (Douyin Ads, Tencent Ads, Toutiao)</p></li><li><p>App Store Marketing (Apple Search Ads, ASO)</p></li><li><p>Programmatic APP Advertising (iOS/Android)</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Willing to explore and learn about the financial market and investing sectors.</p></li><li><p>A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and proactive.</p></li></ul>
