Procurement Agent (Freelance)

Main responsibilities:

-Contact with Chinese electronic components, PCB and other technical related materials suppliers

-Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers

-Execute supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality and industry standards

-Conduct market research to understand the latest price trends, new technologies, and supply risks

-Collaborate with overseas teams to coordinate procurement strategies and product development timelines

-Manage procurement documents, contracts and records according to internal processes

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business or related fields

-2-5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the electronics or technical manufacturing industry

-Understand the Chinese manufacturing ecosystem and supply chain dynamics

-Have good negotiation skills and be familiar with domestic culture

-Familiar with international logistics, international trade terminology and trade compliance

-Proficient in Mandarin and English is preferred

-Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills,
