Accounting Clerk

<p>Position: Accounting Clerk <br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform accurate accounting entries to maintain reliable financial records.</p></li><li><p>Handle payment applications and process payments.</p></li><li><p>Prepare periodic financial reports as required by management.</p></li><li><p>Assist in managing accounts payable, ensuring invoices are processed and payments are made promptly.</p></li><li><p>Provide administrative support to the accounting department.</p></li><li><p>Occasionally travel to China for business-related tasks as needed. <br></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>A minimum of one year of accounting experience is required.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Ms Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Chinese word processing software is necessary.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ERP applications will be considered an advantage.</p></li><li><p>An educational qualification of Form 5 or above is mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Holders or students pursuing LCCI intermediary level certification are preferred candidates.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate stability and maturity in work attitude.</p></li><li><p>Possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Candidates who are immediately available for employment will be given priority. <br></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Work Schedule</strong></p><ul><li><p>The position follows a 5-day work schedule.</p></li></ul>
