Accounting Clerk

Position: Accounting Clerk

• Perform accurate accounting entries to maintain reliable financial records.

• Handle payment applications and process payments.

• Prepare periodic financial reports as required by management.

• Assist in managing accounts payable, ensuring invoices are processed and payments are made promptly.

• Provide administrative support to the accounting department.

• Occasionally travel to China for business-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of accounting experience is required.

• Proficiency in Ms Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.

• Knowledge of Chinese word processing software is necessary.

• Familiarity with ERP applications will be considered an advantage.

• An educational qualification of Form 5 or above is mandatory.

• Holders or students pursuing LCCI intermediary level certification are preferred candidates.

• Demonstrate stability and maturity in work attitude.

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Candidates who are immediately available for employment will be given priority.
