Information Technology Department - Requirements Analysis and Management Position

Duties:

• Responsible for managing key system requirements such as bank core systems (Core Banking) ;

• Communicate with internal users to collect business requirements, and take on the task of requirement analysis;

• Interface with development teams to participate in technical solutions and architecture design, and be responsible for project management of related projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with software development and SQL language programming experience;

• More than 5 years of experience in bank system construction, those with Hong Kong banking industry experience are preferred;

• Priority will be given to those with experience in developing bank core systems;

• Familiar with the financial principles and business processes of common financial products in the Hong Kong market;

• Have experience in requirements management or project management, having worked as a BA before;

• Have strong communication and coordination skills, good document writing skills, and those who are good at it are preferred.
