Global Growth & Creator Marketing Manager

Duties include:

• Coordinate the overseas growth and brand narrative of the company's multiple products; develop channel strategies and publishing rhythms (X/Twitter, Product Hunt, Reddit, YouTube Shorts/TikTok, LinkedIn, developers/vertical communities, etc.).
• Build a "persona-driven" creator matrix: Design persona positioning, content pillars, tone and visual standards for team members (including 2 interns), teach and quality control output.
• Lead the AIGC content production assembly line and standards: from script → video/image generation → editing and packaging → distribution → reuse; familiar withVeo, Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, GPT series ; for new models/tools (such asGPT-4.1-nano, Banana (etc.) sensitive and quickly implemented into the production process.
• Planning and executionProduct HuntPlaybook And the release list.
• Based on the platform's native backend or existing dashboard for rhythm management and post-mortem, provide content iteration and distribution optimization suggestions
• Collaborate with design/engineering/operations to ensure content materials, publication calendars, collaboration lists, and activity rhythms are implemented.
