Job Title: Sales and Marketing Promotion Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for actively searching for potential customer data on the Little Red Book platform, screening suitable cooperation objects based on brand positioning and target customer group characteristics, and establishing and maintaining a precise customer list.
Coordinate internal resources (design, content, operation) with external partners (influencers, community managers, MCN agencies) to push activities to the ground and optimize them in real time.
Track key activity data (impressions, engagement rate, conversion rate, fan growth, etc.), regularly produce concise analysis reports, and propose actionable strategy adjustment suggestions.
Continuously monitor the updates of Little Red Book platform rules, functional iterations and content trends (such as note distribution logic, search traffic entry, video-based transformation), ensuring marketing actions are in line with the platform ecosystem.

Requirements:

Have more than one year of social platform (with Xiaohongshu as the main focus) practical operation experience, familiar with its content tone, user profile and commercial monetization path, and able to independently complete the whole process from customer discovery to event closure.
Have basic data sensitivity, be able to familiarly use the Little Red Book Enterprise number back-end, third-party data tools (such as QianGua, XinBao) for competitive product analysis and effect attribution, and be able to interpret core indicators without relying on technical teams.
Have good communication and coordination skills and cross-departmental integration awareness, be able to clearly communicate needs, quickly respond to changes, and flexibly adjust priorities in resource-limited situations.
Have basic writing and visual aesthetic skills, and be able to assist in refining the main visual copy, interactive dialogue and note-taking scripts of the activity to ensure brand tone consistency and closeness to the platform context.
