All products are consumable in nature and need replacement for about 3 months to 1 year.</li><li>Web site:www.chlc.com.hk</li></ul><p>Commercial & Administration Officer</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and commercial support</li><li>Attend meetings and take minutes and made weekly marketing reports</li><li>Assist in sales team operation and sales activities</li><li>Prepare quotations for enquiries and carry out price negotiation</li><li>Follow up delivery arrangement</li><li>Update customer information in database</li><li>Responsible for warehouse operation and general office administration works</li><li>Carry out duties and works assigned by directors and managers</li></ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Form 7, DSE or above</li><li>At least 3 years working experience at similar nature of works</li><li>Positive "can-do" attitude</li><li>Eager to learn and take up responsibility</li><li>Can work under pressure with tight deadline schedule</li><li>Honest and loyal to company</li><li>Can communicate with spoken English and Mandarin</li><li>Immediate availability is preferable</li></ul><p><strong><u>Salary and Prospect:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Year end bonus will be offered which makes up to totally 13 months salary per year.</li><li>Candidate with good performance can be promoted to Assistant Commercial & Administration Manager.</li></ul>
