Project Manager - Electrical

<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for supervising on Engineering Project which includes Cabling and antenna installation, Electrical Works</p></li><li><p>Coordinating and preparations of all kinds of technical submissions/reports to clients if necessary</p></li><li><p>Preparation of work schedule and monitor the progress</p></li><li><p>Work out a workable plan with Client and describe scope of work to Foreman for project implementation</p></li><li><p>Preparation of project document, engineering drawing and submission</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Post Graduate in Building Services/ Electrical Engineering/ Project Management are preferred</p></li><li><p>10 years or above experience in electrical projects</p></li><li><p>Candidates with experience in housing-related jobs has an advantage</p></li><li><p>Good commands of English and Chinese languages</p></li><li><p>Holder of valid green card and REW C</p></li><li><p>Good communication skill , Leadership skill and Time Management</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Office Hours: Mon to Fri: 9:00-18:00, Sat: 9:00-12:00 (Alt. Sat.)</p>
