We are a well-established FMCG company with wide ranged product portfolio in personal care and household. We are looking for proactive Key Account Executive to manage key customer business, execute trade plans, and drive sustainable sales growth. This role works closely with the Senior Key Account Manager to manage day-to-day account operations and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Support Senior Key Account Manager in managing key accounts, including DFI group and Japanese Department Stores e.g. AEON.
Execute trade promotions, in-store activations, and new launch activation across key channels.
Assist in account planning, sales forecasting, and ongoing performance tracking against targets.
In charge of organizing JDS demo booking and coordinating with merchandisers for on-site execution.
Analyze sales data, promotion effectiveness, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Manage day-to-day account operations, including order follow-up, pricing updates, and promotional mechanics.
Maintain regular communication with buyers and key account stakeholders to support commercial objectives and partnerships.
Negotiate with buyers on new product listings, promotional plans, in-store visibility, planograms.
Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and account plans, and recommend improvement actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG key account, sales, or trade marketing
Hands-on experience with DFI group and Japanese Department Stores e.g. AEON is highly preferred
Strong numerical sense and analytical skills with solid Excel proficiency
Problem-solving, result-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin preferred)
