Club Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the club's venue reservation service, including receiving member inquiries, processing reservation applications, arranging venue use, and following up on reservation changes

• Manage the daily operation of the club facilities to ensure that each area (such as the gym, reading room, multi-purpose activity room, etc.) is clean and orderly, equipped with complete facilities and meets the safety standards

• Regularly inspect and check the operation of various facilities and equipment in the club, record abnormal situations in real time, and report faults to senior management or maintenance department according to the procedure

• Organize and coordinate various member activities and interest classes, including preliminary planning, resource allocation, publicity and promotion, on-site support, and post-event evaluation

• Provide professional and friendly customer service, proactively respond to customer needs and feedback, and enhance overall service experience and customer satisfaction

• Holding a Hong Kong secondary five education or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no need for relevant work experience

• Fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to write clear and concise Chinese and English notifications and records

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment and work visa qualifications

• Can accommodate shift and break arrangements, working hours are from 08:30 to 17:30 or 13:15 to 22:15, 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, covering all days from Monday to Sunday

• Have good service awareness, sense of responsibility and team spirit, and be able to maintain attention and efficiency in a busy environment
