System Analyst (System Analyst) - HK government project team

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Participate in the development and implementation of major government statistical systems in Hong Kong, accumulate high-end technical project experience</li><li>Responsible for designing and developing web applications based on Microsoft .NET Core / Framework</li><li>Design and implement an efficient and secure RESTful Web API and database solution</li><li>Develop progressive web applications (PWA) using the React front-end framework, improving user experience and system accessibility</li><li></li><li>Write technical documentation that meets the government project software development life cycle (SDLC) standard, including design specifications, interface specifications, and testing plans</li><li>Collaborate closely with the core technical team and directly report to the senior IT project manager on work progress</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have more than 3 years of .NET full-stack development experience, familiar with .NET Core/Framework and MS SQL Server technology stack</li><li>Have fluent communication skills in Chinese and English, and be able to write professional-level technical documents</li><li>At least meet one of the following specialized skill requirements:<ul><li>3 years of NoSQL database development experience, those with MongoDB actual project experience are preferred</li><li></li><li>1 year or more of experience in participating in Hong Kong government IT project implementation, familiar with government project processes and compliance requirements</li><li>1 year or more of successful statistical data collection system development, with relevant business domain understanding</li></ul></li><li>Have good system analysis and problem-solving skills, and be able to independently undertake module design and development tasks</li><li>Have team spirit, adapt to the multi-person collaborative special technical team work mode</li><li>Need to prepare a technical portfolio or project case study (such as GitHub link or project documentation) for evaluation</li></ul><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>The contract is for 18-20 months, with excellent performance being given priority for renewal</li><li></li><li>Salary is based on technical ability and includes a project completion bonus</li></ul>
