<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p></p></li><li><p>Provide high-interactive and practical-oriented English classes at the teaching center in the New Metropolitan Plaza to enhance the language expression and communication skills of adult learners in an international work environment.</p></li><li><p>Regularly evaluate students’ learning progress, adjust teaching strategies to ensure training effectiveness, and submit teaching reports to customers and management.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with course managers, participate in teaching materials development and teaching method optimization, and continuously improve course quality and student satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Support various activities in corporate training projects, including simulated interviews, group discussion guidance, and one-on-one counseling, etc.</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Hold a bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university and have relevant English teaching qualifications (such as TEFL, TESOL or PGDE).</p></li><li><p>Accumulate at least 4 years of English teaching experience for adult learners, those with corporate training or workplace English course design experience are preferred.</p></li><li><p>English at native level, clear and standard pronunciation, able to demonstrate professional and natural oral expression; at the same time, good Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills are required.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with online and offline teaching platform operations, able to flexibly use multimedia tools to enhance classroom interaction and learning effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Must meet Hong Kong's entry arrangements, hold a valid work visa or be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, and be able to legally employ in the local area.</p></li></ul><p> Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Enjoy 13 months of salary and year-end bonuses, a base salary plus high commission system, and a total income that is competitive and negotiable.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Enjoy 14 days of annual leave and provide additional allowances, including education allowance, meal allowance and transportation allowance.</p></li><li><p>In response to work needs, provide overtime allowance as compensation.</p></li><li><p>The company provides a comprehensive insurance plan to protect personal health and professional risks.</p></li></ul>
